Mrs. Barbara Howard, 77 of Madison, died on Saturday, September 2, 2017, at her residence.

Mrs. Howard was born August 21, 1940 in Whitmore, AR, to her father the late Mr. Jesse Bemley and her mother the late Mrs. Pearline Pointer Bemley.

Survivors are her children, Mr. Tommy Howard of Whelen Springs, AR, Mrs. Sylvia Thompson of Madison, AR, Mrs. Lillian Thompson of Forrest City, AR, Ms. Roshel Howard of West Memphis, AR, Mrs. Lisa Coleman of West Memphis, AR; 11 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and many other relatives and friends.

The Funeral Service for Mrs. Barbara Howard will be at 10:00am, Saturday, September 9, 2017, at Mt. Moriah MBC, Caldwell, AR. Interment will be in Casteel Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 1:00pm - 5:00pm on Friday, September 8, 2017, at Clay Funeral Home, 2522 East Broadway, Forrest City, AR.
